This 30-minute yoga for everyone session will incorporate a simple flowing sequence to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. All you need to bring is yourself! If you need extra support, please have a sturdy chair available. All are welcome.
