This hands-on crisis simulation exercise, hosted by Larry Barnett, Chief Risk Management Officer, will guide participants through a high-stakes scenario involving successive critical incidents. You will learn to apply AFS’s crisis management protocols, practice rapid decision-making, and coordinate communication across teams to effectively manage a critical incident. The goal is to drill your skills and build confidence in handling urgent participant support and risk-related situations with your global team. The target audience for this session is Support Staff, Program Directors, and Partner Directors.
