Join this low-pressure, high-energy fun session and come find your voice. We will focus on the “feeling” of singing rather than technical perfection. Why? Because singing is a full-brain workout, engaging, strengthening, and connecting multiple areas simultaneously, including those responsible for emotion, language, memory, and motor control. This process boosts neuroplasticity, triggers the release of endorphins and dopamine for improved mood, lowers stress, and activates the vagus nerve for relaxation.
